What Is It ?

The Sublative transducer head delivers bipolar radio frequency energy via a matrix of 64 electrodes in a hygienic disposable applicator tip. The RF energy generates fractional deep dermal heating in the area, targeted by the electrode matrix, to create microscopic injuries in the skin tissue, to elicit the body’s natural wound-healing response. The result is the creation of new skin cells and reduction of mild to moderate wrinkles. Skin texture becomes more smooth and firm.
Both Sublime and Sublative treatments possess an excellent safety profile due to the eTwo’s Patented Intelligent Feedback System (IFS) safety function. The IFS provides its technician with real-time information on skin condition, impedance, and energy delivery of each pulse for consistency and reproducibility.
The eTwo’s Sublative fractional skin treatment and Sublime skin contouring successfully treat a wide range of aesthetic improvements from resurfacing, diminishing scars and stretch marks, improving skin texture and tone, as well as both reducing fine and deep wrinkles. Both treatments combined create the ultimate treatment.
A series of three treatments are spaced out in monthly intervals, and Sublime and Sublative treatments can be stacked for optimal results.
How It Works
The Sublime applicator, powered by Elos technology, offers a combination of safe and effective levels of infrared (IR) light and bi-polar radio frequency (RF) energies to remodel the deep dermal layer of the skin by triggering new collagen growth. Elos technology provides predictable, controlled dermal heating of the deep dermis by stimulating and shortening aged collagen fibers, resulting in immediate and long-term improvement of wrinkles.
